A quote is only useful if it rests on a correct understanding of your need. The more precise your request, the more precise the proposal you get back. Here is what is worth gathering before you contact us.
1. Your context
Who are you, what do you do, and for whom? Two or three sentences are enough: activity, team size, target audience. Also say what already exists: website, tools, materials, visual identity.
2. The problem to solve
Describe the difficulty rather than the solution you have in mind. “Our customers can't find us online” opens more options than “we want a five-page website”.
3. An observable goal
Receive more enquiries, save time on a task, train ten people… A goal you can observe tells you whether the project has succeeded.
4. Your constraints
- An indicative budget, with its currency (MAD, EUR or USD)
- A desired timeframe and, if there is one, a hard deadline
- The languages of the project (French, Arabic, English)
- Any technical or confidentiality constraints already known
5. The people who decide
Who approves the mock-ups, the copy, the budget? Knowing who decides, and in how many steps, avoids approval delays.
6. Your references
Websites, materials or visuals that you like — and those you don't — help frame the creative direction in a few minutes.
Don't have all these answers? That's not an obstacle: send us what you have, and we will ask the missing questions during scoping.
